Melissa and Brad reside on their four-acre farmette in the gently rolling hills of southern Butler County, PA with their dog Lilah, cats Kitty Kitty and Shady and a burgeoning flock of chickens.

Melissa is living the home-maker dream, which is squeezed into the hours surrounding her day-job in advertising.  She’s an aspiring gardener, canner, cook, baker, farmer, decorator, handywoman and recluse.

Brad is an IT professional at a local college and a freelance designer and writer whose work has appeared in regional newspapers and magazines. In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing and hiking. Oh, and working around the house.
